Wi-Fi Problems between network devices

I should also probably add some system specs as well. Win XP Pro SP2 Linksys Wireless USB - WUSB11 v2.6 Linksys Wireless-B Notebook Adapter - WPC11 v4 The schools network is a Wireless G i believe, and downwards compatible with B. I cannot remember the series, but i do know it's by Apple. Which catches me though, is that this problem started AFTER i had formated my hard drive and reloaded XP.
