Replacement AC adapter for JVC ?

My model is a GR-D750U. Do you know a good source for replacement power
supplies?

Radio shack has lots of universal AC adapters. Just make sure the voltage
and amperage rating matches what you need and that the plug is correct.

And *most important* - the plug's polarity must be correct. Otherwise,
the device you're powering will be rendered useless.

Note that the power input to some devices is AC. On those devices, a DC
adapter can also fry the device.

To be fair, those errors only damage the power circuitry inside the
device, but that is enough to render it useless...

I *always* check the polarity with a voltmeter before plugging a new
adapter in. Once I didn't; my number of portable TVs is now n - 1.
