Presto 200 help

We are in the process of replacing our AVS Manuscript with a Presto
200. Presto seems to be a totally different system especially having 2
monitors to use it. Just wondering if anyone knows where to get help
on operating it. We have the user manual, but it seems to be useless
for instruction. Also, it seems that though it has a zip drive in the
unit, it does not accept windows formatted zip discs. I am familiar
with inscriber and avs systems but this is totally different for me.

Any help would be appreciated.
