Probably a stupid question, I know, but is there anyway to use a non
digital camcorder (8mm) to post videos on youtube,etc? Thanks in
advance!

Sure.  You'll need some kind of capture device to digitize the analog video.
There are all sorts of inexpensive solutions.  Do a google search on "video
capture" and I'm sure you'll find something.
