When I try to install this CD I get the message:
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32|AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for
running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to
terminate
the application."
It gives me 2 choices Close and Ignore. Clicking "ignore" did not help.

Are you trying to boot from this CD? If so, don't.

If not, try turning off autoplay on your CD drive, put the CD in, and
view its root directory from Windows Explorer, find a file called
setup.exe (or something reminiscent of that), and double-click it.

Those are the only ideas I have.

An easier way to defeat autostart is just to hold the shift key down
when you insert the disk and continue to hold it down until autostart
has been bypassed - probably 20 seconds or something, but it seems like
forever :-)
