Hi there, I'd *really* like to get hold of a User Manual for the above
switcher / mixer.  Anyone out there want to do a bit of scanning to pdf
would be OK also.

I've tried Manuals in pdf.com but they're as slow as a wet week - not that
there's been one here in Canberra for a number of years!
