Cord for older AC/DC TV
Some time prior to 1990 I bought a TV set that ran on AC or 12 volt DC. I used it on the boat I had at the time and it was a wonderful 10-inch screen with great color. I've had it in storage and decided to fire it up, as it might be great for someone's boat or RV or kids room. Problem: I can't locate the manual and I can't find the cord to plug it in. The set has the male connectors and there are 5 prongs. The manufacturer is Quasar with a model number of UP2133WW. Anyone out there who can help me find the cord and/or manual? Thanks, The Old Professor p-he***@comcast.net On 7/11/2006, OldProfessor posted this:

Looking at the picture the other day, I wondered if there is also a DC cord available so that you could run the set in a car. Otherwise I see no need for all of those pins :-) Checking back on your original post, I see I should have suggested using it on a boat instead ... -- Gene E.
