Panasonic DV Camera Dirty Heads

I believe the heads on my Panasonic NV-GS15 video camera are dirty. I
have used the head cleaning tape several times but the picture remains
blocky and sometimes with horizontal black bands.

Is it possible to easily remove the door so that I may clean the heads
with a swab and alcohol?

Any other advice?

If the cleaning tape doesn't do the trick, then something more may be
wrong. Time to take it in, where they may clean it with alcohol, as per:
