Batterys on Sony DCR-TRV310
LCD screen. Usually there is a message in the screen that tells you that the battery is charging and how full the charge is. That is now gone. I thought that also changing the lithium battey might help, but that did not work. This is the second time that I've had to change the battery pack since buying the camera. The first time I changed it everything still worked fine. Did I get a bad battery this time? Thanks for any help. Did you get a genuine Sony battery this time? I have heard that some
3rd party batteries don't have the "charge indicator" connection that the camcorder needs to tell just how much charge the battery has. It's not a Sony battery. I guess that's the problem. I'll be sure to get one next time around!
