Cleaning MiniDV Camera

Hi,
I have a Sony MiniDV camera - DCR-VX2100E.
In the place I live I have 3 options to clean the camera:
1) Buy a Panasonic MINIDV Cleanning Cassete in the local store
2) Order a SONY Cleanning Cassete ... Will take about month to get it
.... :-(
3) Go to local SONY service BUT they want 60$ for cleanning the heads
(Looks too much for me !!!)

What is the best option? Are there any other options?

Is there a problem? I refrain from cleaning video heads. Running
a good tape through tends to automatically clean heads.
