I just received a CD from a relative in Saudi that is supposed to contain
pics/videos of a new baby, all attempts to play this on a DVD player or the
CD/DVD drive on my PC have failed. On the disc there are 3 files, the
biggest has a .VRO filename and the other smaller files have .BUP and .IFO
file extensions.

Anyone know how to play this, or what software will covert them to something
playable?

Copy the vro file to your harddisk and then change the suffix from vro to
mpg.
You will be able to play it on your computer or author a new dvd playable on
a standard dvd player.
