Sony PC9 Still Picture

I have a Sony PC9 that can take still pictures to the memory card.  I was
trying to figure out how I can turn off the automatic feature for exposed
time so I can take a shot in the dark of someone walking from one end to
another in one single shot.  Looking through the menu apparently there is no
way to do this.  I remember my old Rollei I can set the exposure to the "B"
setting and it will open until I release the button.  I want to make sure I
am not mistaken as there are many many options in their menu but this seem
to be missing.  Or may be this feature is not applicable for a digital
picture?

Many - but not all - still digital cameras have a Bulb setting. I am
not aware of this in any digital camcorders, however. Of course, I
don't know everything - really! :-)

I think you would get better results from taking a movie and
post-processing it.
