My JVC GR-DVL367ex won't load a tape

Earlier I posted about my JVC GR-DVL367ex unspooling a tape. It now
won't load a tape at all. The tape carriage appears to have jammed. Can
anyone advise on the likely cause of this?

I can't suggest a cause, but I can 1) express sympathy, and 2) suggest
you find a JVC repair shop or buy a new camcorder.

Is this true if you try a second tape? The cassette itself could be bad
But don't use a tape you can't afford to ruin!
