I'm a office clerk, sometimes, someone use my computer when I leave a
moment, and let some running programs be compelled stop, I'm annoyed
for this.
Someone help me?

If you have a Windows NT, 2000, XP etc then

CTRL-ATL-DEL then select Lock Computer.

Not sure what video has to do with it, though.....
