VHS Record Speed/Play Speed Problems with Evidentiary Videotape
tape recorded in SLP mode. When I attempt to play back the tape in any VCR (including the dash-camera recorder) it plays back at double speed and the VCR indicates that playback is in SP mode. Is there anything that can be done to correct this so that the tape can be played back at normal speed with sound still intact? The tape contains video and audio evidence of a drugged driver is needed for court purposes. Thanks for any help you may offer. vdgcopper
