panasonic camcorder tape loading fault

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help. I have a panasonic NV-GS30B
camcorder and it has recently stopped accepting tapes. It won't even
load them into to the main body of the camcorder. It just thinks about
it, then opens the loading door and tells me to reset the camcorder
which of course I've tried with no joy.

If you have had anything similar or have any ideas what might be wrong
then suggestions are welcome.

sounds like the deck is not threading up. Best get it to a tech as this
aint something you 'll be able to tackle without lots of repair
experience.
