Is it possible to run S-video in one RG59 cable ?
Is there convertors for this ?
We have one video linking between two rooms, but we want to run S-video
for better visual quality, is there any way for it ?
Many thanks in advance

The 7-pin variant of the S-video connector offers composite video.
Or you can combine chrominance and luminance signals from a 4-pin port
using an adaptor.   If composite is available on a dedicated output
you'd probably be as well off using that.

Note that either way you'll only get picture.  Sound needs a separate
connection.    The only practical way to send sound AND picture over a
single cable pair (domestically at any rate) is using RF.

The whole point of S-video is to separate luminance and chrominance signals
on two conductors. Yes, you could get a converter to get S-video onto your
RG59 but at that point the luma and chroma will be mixed and the advantage
is gone.

If you had two RG59 runs, you can get special S-video splitters that put
luma and chroma on separate coaxial lines, and that would work for you. But
with only one, it's going to be exactly the same as using composite.
