Sony CCD-TRV48E won't playback after record
for my old CCD-FX700E which now won't record. I'm happy with the TRV48E but have a problem, after I have recorded some video it won't let me rewind it in player mode to watch it as the player controls seem inoperative. All that happens is that is goes into play mode over the unused tape. I guessed that maybe the player controls were broken but if I put the tape back in my old camcorder, rewind it and then put it back in the TRV48E the player controls work fine. Is this a fault or "Feature?" TIA for any advice. Julesh What is the camera mentioned?Mini DV, digital 8 or something else?Don't you

Admittedly a last-ditch desperate effort, but if it works... HTH, Gino -- Gene E. Bloch (Gino) letters617blochg3251 (replace the numbers by "at" and "dotcom")
