Aloha,

Does anyone know a video creation program that can create the kind of
output I have captured:

It is similar to what you see in Apple's iChat.

They've done that with a 'Real Man's Vision Mixer' - i.e. one with built-in
customisable 3D effects and reflection mapping.

That hardware does it in realtime, but you can emulate it with any decent
effects or editing software - i.e., After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
