Canon MV600 - as standard this doesn't have DV-in or AV-in.

Is it possible to enable these missing features?

It appears from the specs that this camera is IEEE1394 compatible.
Usually it's just a matter of connecting the cable and seeing if
camera and computer recognize eachother. If there is no firewire port,
then you'd need to run to an outboard digitizer like a Canopus ADVC
100 which will digitize the outgoing analog signal from the camera.

If you are in Europe, where camcorders are sold with such features
disabled for tax reasons, there are often hacks available to re-enable
the features.

I'm in the US, so I don't have a list of where or how to do it, but try
Googling...

Maybe http://videohelp.com has such info, I don't know.

Good luck,
Gino

Take a look here:

http://www.dvstuff.co.uk/acatalog/DV_Enablers__Button_Type_.html

I got a widget from them for the Sony DCR-TRV210E.
Works like a charm!
