Is there any way I can use my Sony DCR-TRV9 camera in a stop motion mode. I
would like to take one frame every minute or maybe every 15 seconds or so.
Are there any cameras out there that can do this.
Thank you

The camera I replaced with a mini-dv a few months ago supposedly had
this capability.  It was a JVC, not at home now so I'm not sure of the
model number, but I think it was something like GRAX800U.  Not a newer
camera, think this model is 7 or 8 years old now.  Never tried it, but
you were supposed to be able to use the camera remote to set up a time-
lapse.

As for your Sony, here's a pointer to a page where you can view your
users manual:

http://esupport.sony.com/perl/model-documents.pl?mdl=DCRTRV9

A quick look at the manual seems to indicate that your camera does not
support time-lapse.

Google is your friend.
