Get Desperate Housewifes

I missed today's desperate housewifes show. I know that somehow it is
possible to transfer a show from somebody else's ReplayTv to my
replaytv. Can you explain me how to do this and where I can get the
above show.

Why not just get it off a binary newsgroup?
