CPU Usage 100%

GoodyTech
When I press ctrl alt delete it says that my cpu is running at 100%. What
could be causing this?

If you're looking at the task manager, you should be able to see which
processes are taking what percentage of the CPU.  What are the big
consumers?

It could even be that copy of Half-life 2 running on my machine that's
maxing out *his* CPU.  What a pig that program is.

It is very good.

In a related note, I now know why Valve's gaming front end is called
Steam.  That's what jets from your ears when you attempt to use it.
