Hi

I just want to know if there is a way to change the speed of Pci
express, i mean from x1 to x16. i would also like to know if there is a
way to see what speed your pci express is running.

No, because x1 and x16 are not speeds, but number of pins. The connectors
are physically different (and this is one of the drawbacks of PCI-e)

The PCI_Express slots are FIXED speeds; not adjustable.
