You have a pixel stuck on. If it is under warranty the manufacturer should replace it. A few pixels stuck off is acceptable. Pixels stuck on is not.

A pixel has failed.  There is no repair for it; you'd have to replace the
panel.

If this is a very tiny red dot, this means that a red pixel is stuck on.
Sometimes they can fail. My laptop has two red pixels that are partially on.

The manufactures have a defective pixel policy. Most of them regard a
maximum of a total of about 4 to 7 defective pixels on a screen, that are
not clustered together. They also have a spec for their relative distance to
each other in relation to the size of the screen. The different manufactures
have different policies.

You should call the manufacture of your laptop to see what their policy is,
and if they will change the screen for you. There is no other fix, other
than replacing the screen (panel).
