Help choosing CPU/Hardware

I'm looking at two different laptops.  My needs for this laptop is to burn
DVDs (video - minimal editing though) and do development work on.  Ths
systems are slightly different with regards to the CPU only.  So I'd like
some help in deciding if one is much superior than the other.

1:

CPU: Pentium 4 Processor with HT Technology
CPU Speed: 3.2 GHz
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
L2 Cache Size: 512 KB

2:

CPU: Mobile Pentium 4
CPU Speed: 3.3 GHz
Bus Speed: 533 MHz
L2 Cache Size: 1 MB

Is one of these systems superior or are they about the same?

Thanks!

In terms of pure performance the first solution is the better, because of
the bus speed and the hyper threading technology, but note that this cpu is
totally a desktop cpu so if u plan to use this laptop as a "real" laptop and
not as a desktop replacement the second solution is the best choice because
of the optimization that mobile p4 has on power consumption and heat
dissipation.
Maybe i've confuse you more than before....... ;)

I would get the Mobile Pentium because of its lower power consumption and larger level 2 cache. I believe the larger L2 cache would help performance more than HT and faster bus.
