What is wrong with this board?: 1. Slower Overall? 2. Slower Video for games? 3. Goes "bad" sooner? 4. Fewer features? 5. Unreliable -intermittant crashes? Asus' objective was to compete with many low-priced motherboards manufacturers and to avoid to loose marketshare in that segment. They also had to avoid to compete with their own products either. The result was Asrock, building quality motherboards in China at lower cost, but with less features or performance than the Asus counterparts at the same period of manufacturing.
