Sony DCR-PC350 versus DCR-HC20 DV camcorder

it seems that everywhere (costco, circuit city, Best Buy) you could
find this low priced DCR-HC20 (spec:

for US$359 or so compare to the US$1100+ DCR-PC350... I wonder if
anyone every did some comparison with these two models. If I already
have a great digital camera, is it worth to spend the extra money to
get the PC350 instead of the much lower priced DCR-HC20 or HC30??

The same here, too.Everyone seems to have the low priced Kodak CX-7000
digital camera, 3.2 megapixel, 16 MB with zoom 3x for 99 euro.I don't want
it though;I have my camcorder which is very nice.I would buy though (I
would) the Nikon zoom film camera for just 75 euro.
