Dumb questionsI have an Asus 9520 Video Suite v.4.4.0.3 on an XP machine and would like to
capture footage from an analogue camcorder. First off, what leads do I need? There's an adaptor with the card that has a single composite in socket, but the camera has 2 leads out. The bundled Digital VCR software loads with a message that "the system resource may be occupied by some other program". The installed drivers are 1) WDM video for Windows (Win 32) and 2) Nvidia WDM Universal 1.2.3.0 Any help appreciated. Maybe there's a problem with shared interrupts?(An interrupt request is sent
to the processor whenever the application needs the processor to deal with something).Usually, capture cards have a s-vhs in video, I don't know if you can convert normal av signal to S-VHS.Good luck, anyway. -- Show quoteTzortzakakis Dimitriïs major in electrical engineering, freelance electrician FH von Iraklion-Kreta, freiberuflicher Elektriker dimtzort AT otenet DOT gr Ï "Stuart Noble" <stuart_nobleNOSPAM@ntlworld.com> Ýãñáøå óôï ìÞíõìá news:32ifs5F3lsr14U1@individual.net... > I have an Asus 9520 Video Suite v.4.4.0.3 on an XP machine and would like to > capture footage from an analogue camcorder. If so, plug the yellow plug into your capture card's composite video jack and the black plug (through a mono-to-stereo adapter) into your sound card's audio input jack. If not, I have no more ideas :-) Gino -- Gene E. Bloch (Gino) phone 650.966.8481 Call me letters find me at domain blochg whose dot is com
