I ordered a Plextor PX-712ASW EIDE DVD+/-RW Rewriter Drive.  They
called me the next day saying all they had in stock was a Black Face
Plate drive.  I said I did not care about the color, just the drive.

Well, they sent me a Email confirming my order with the correct Part
number, so I waited for my drive.

In the box I got was a PX-712SA/SW SATA drive...no good for my year
2000 computer without a SATA board which I don't have room for.

So, Customer Service told me they didn't have the correct drive and
gave me a RMA for the return.  However, I'm out $15.00 in shipping
even though it was their mistake...

Finally, it took me 15 minutes to explain to Customer Service why I
couldn't use the drive..she kept telling me that the drive they sent
me was faster????  I finally had to explain the difference between
(E)IDE and SATA and she got it, at least I think?

I will never buy anything from LACC again, it was rated 4 checks on
CNET, and this was my first time dealing with them and my last.
