North by Northwest Extras Question

Marty

Is the DVD (North by Northwest) that was released last Sept (2004) the
same as the earlier one, with the documentary and other extras, or is
it movie only? I'm interested in buying the disc alone, not as part of
the box set, if that makes any difference.

Hard to say. I got the boxed set, and the version of NxNW that was in
the set was exactly the same as the earlier edition (except that it
was in a keepcase instead of a snapper). I wasn't aware that the film
was (re-)released separately.

As far as I know, they're the same, but, like Jayembee, I've never seen
the second release outside of the boxset. I had the first release, but
sold it after I got the boxed set.
